Nástenný rack Digitus DN-W19 09U/450/B

The Digitus DN-W19 09U/450/B is a 9U wall mounted rack designed to provide compact and secure housing for networking and server equipment. With a 19" mounting standard and a depth of 450 mm, this wall cabinet helps organize patch panels, switches and small servers in offices, server rooms or telecom closets. The cabinet supports up to 60 kg of mounted equipment, has a keyed lock for restricted access and an IP20 protection rating suitable for typical indoor environments. Its black finish offers a neutral appearance that integrates with professional installations.

Advantages

The wall mounted rack offers a space-efficient solution for installations where floor space is limited, combining standard 19" compatibility with a compact 9U height. A keyed lock improves physical security while the 600 mm width and 450 mm depth accommodate common networking components. The IP20 rating indicates protection against solid objects larger than 12 mm, making the rack appropriate for indoor technical spaces. The black color provides a discreet, uniform appearance for cabinets mounted in visible areas.

Suitable for

• Mounting network switches and patch panels in small server rooms
• Housing telecommunications equipment in office closets
• Organizing playback or AV devices in meeting rooms
• Compact edge or branch office network installations

How to use

Install the rack on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall material, ensuring the mounting surface and fixings can safely carry the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Mount 19" equipment using the front mounting rails and recommended screws, distribute weight evenly and secure heavier items close to the mounting surface. Use the keyed lock to limit access, and maintain clear ventilation around the cabinet to prevent heat buildup. Follow local electrical and safety regulations when routing power and network cabling into the cabinet.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, reserve around 20–30% of the rack capacity for future expansion and avoid exceeding the 60 kg maximum load. Ensure at least minimal airflow around the cabinet and consider active ventilation for denser equipment. Use cable management accessories and grounding where required by site standards.
