Nástrčný kľúč Bahco 6700SM-8 štandardná dĺžka 1/4-palcový pohon

The Bahco 6700SM-8 is a standard-length metric socket with a 1/4" square drive, engineered for precise engagement and reliable torque transfer. At 24.7 mm overall length and a weight of approximately 12 g, this socket combines compact dimensions with durable construction to suit a wide range of maintenance and assembly tasks. The tool is compatible with standard 1/4" drive ratchets, extensions and adapters and is intended for use where a short, compact socket is required for access in tighter spaces.

Advantages

The socket delivers accurate fitment to metric fasteners and maintains drive engagement under load. Its standard length balances reach and accessibility while keeping the socket profile compact. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant alloy steel with a precision-machined internal profile, it offers consistent torque transfer and long service life. The low mass reduces operator fatigue when used repeatedly in hand-held applications.

Suitable for

• Automotive maintenance and light repair work
• Appliance and equipment assembly
• General workshop and home DIY tasks
• Tight access points where compact sockets are needed

Key specifications

• Drive size: 1/4" square drive compatible
• Length: 24.7 mm (standard length)
• Weight: approx. 12 g
• Intended for metric fasteners
• Material: hardened alloy steel with corrosion-resistant finish

How to use

Select the correct metric socket size for the fastener and attach it to a compatible 1/4" drive ratchet, torque wrench, or extension. Place the socket squarely onto the fastener head to ensure full engagement before applying torque. For removal, reverse the ratchet direction and apply controlled force to avoid rounding the fastener. After use, wipe the socket clean and store it with other sockets to prevent loss or damage.

Recommendations

Use the socket with tools rated for the required torque; avoid impact tools unless the socket is specified for impact use. Keep the internal profile free of debris to maintain proper fit. For prolonged storage in humid conditions, apply a light protective oil to prevent surface corrosion.
