Nástrojový vozík KS Tools 500.809 plast červená nosnosť 120 kg

The KS Tools 500.809 Plastic Red tool cart is a compact, mobile storage solution for workshop tools and small parts. Constructed from durable plastic, it offers a balance of strength and lightweight handling. The cart's maximum load capacity is 120 kg and its external dimensions are 1030 mm width, 480 mm depth and 115 mm height, providing a low-profile platform for organizing and transporting tools across the workspace.

Advantages

The plastic construction provides resistance to corrosion and is easy to clean, while maintaining sufficient impact resistance for everyday workshop use. With a rated 120 kg capacity the cart supports heavy tool loads without bulky metal construction. The compact footprint and low height allow the cart to fit under benches and in tight spaces, and the smooth surfaces simplify maintenance and quick visual inventory of stored items.

Suitable for

• Transporting hand tools and small power tools within a workshop or garage
• Organizing fasteners, fittings and consumables for service tasks
• Use as a mobile low-profile work platform or parts trolley
• Storage near assembly lines, maintenance bays or hobby workbenches

Key specifications

• Material: durable plastic
• Color: red
• Maximum load capacity: 120 kg
• External dimensions (W x D x H): 1030 mm x 480 mm x 115 mm
• Design: low-profile mobile cart for tool storage and transport

How to use

Place tools and parts on the cart's platform ensuring the total weight does not exceed the specified 120 kg capacity. Distribute weight evenly across the surface to maintain stability during movement. Move the cart manually across flat, even surfaces and avoid abrupt stops or impacts that could shift the load. For long-term storage, keep the cart in a dry area and remove any corrosive substances or liquids from stored items before placing them on the cart.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the cart for cracks or damage to the plastic body and replace it if structural integrity is compromised. Use castors or wheels rated for the combined load if fitting aftermarket mobility components. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity and avoid placing concentrated heavy items at the edges.
