The POLY Blackwire BW300 Leatherette Ear Cushion 2 Pieces are replacement ear pads designed for compatible Blackwire BW300 series headsets. Made from soft leatherette material, these cushions offer a comfortable surface that reduces pressure on the ears during prolonged use and helps maintain consistent acoustic performance. Supplied as a pair, they restore the original fit and can extend the usable life of the headset while preserving audio clarity and passive noise isolation.

Advantages

These ear cushions combine a soft, leatherette outer surface with foam padding to deliver a balance of comfort and durability. The material resists wear from daily use and is easy to maintain. By replacing worn or damaged pads with these cushions, users can reduce ear fatigue during long calls or listening sessions and help keep headset sound quality stable. The pair format ensures both sides of the headset receive uniform cushioning and acoustic behavior.
