Sieťový kábel Helos 120086 purpurový 3 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Draka Helos 120086 Magenta networking cable is a 3 m Cat6a S/FTP patch cable equipped with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends. Designed for high‑speed data transmission, the cable combines the Cat6a specification with S/FTP shielding to provide improved performance over longer cable runs and in environments with potential electromagnetic interference. The magenta jacket offers clear visual identification for structured cabling setups and network segmentation.

Advantages

Shielded in an S/FTP configuration, the cable reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, supporting stable connections at 10 Gigabit Ethernet and lower speeds. The Cat6a design improves alien crosstalk performance compared with lower category cables, while the 3 m length provides a compact solution for connections between switches, patch panels, and workstations. Factory-terminated RJ‑45 connectors ensure straightforward plug‑and‑play installation.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links within data centers, server rooms, or office networks
• Connections between network switches and patch panels
• Workstation or desktop connections where short, shielded runs are required
• Environments with increased electromagnetic interference from nearby electrical equipment

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a, suitable for up to 10 Gbps Ethernet
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs) for improved EMI and crosstalk protection
• Length: 3 meters for short patch connections
• Connectors: RJ‑45 plug on both ends for standard network interfaces
• Jacket color: magenta for easy identification in structured cabling

How to use

Plug one RJ‑45 connector into the network device or switch port and the other into the corresponding port on the workstation, patch panel, or network equipment. Ensure both ends are fully inserted until the connector latch clicks to secure the connection. For optimal performance, route the cable without tight bends or kinks and avoid running it in parallel with unshielded power cables to minimize residual interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short, high‑speed connections where shielding is required. Maintain bend radii recommended by the cable manufacturer, avoid excessive pulling force during installation, and use appropriate cable management to preserve shielding integrity and connector reliability.
