NIEDAX 856 rúrková rozperná objímka 47-55mm M50 elektro pozinkovaná oceľ

Pipe distance clamp for secure fastening of conduits and pipes with diameters from 47 to 55 mm. Its electro-galvanized steel construction provides reliable corrosion protection for indoor and protected outdoor installations, while the single-point screw mounting ensures quick and stable installation.

Advantages

The clamp's 20 mm standoff distance keeps pipes clear of the mounting surface, reducing heat transfer and simplifying maintenance. The 20 mm strap width distributes clamping force evenly, preventing pipe deformation. Electro-galvanized finish offers standard corrosion resistance, and the halogen-free, RoHS-compliant design meets modern environmental standards.

Suitable for

• Electrical conduit installation in commercial and residential buildings
• Fastening of pipes with outer diameters 47–55 mm
• Indoor or protected outdoor environments
• Applications requiring a 20 mm standoff from the mounting surface

Key specifications

• Clamping diameter range: 47–55 mm
• Nominal conduit size: M50
• Material: Steel, electro-galvanized (zinc-plated)
• Mounting hole diameter: 8.5 mm
• Standoff distance: approx. 20 mm
• Strap width: 20 mm
• Temperature resistance: -45°C to +100°C
• Halogen-free and RoHS compliant

Recommendations

For best results, pair with appropriate screws and anchors suitable for the mounting surface. Ensure the pipe diameter falls within the specified range to avoid over-tightening or insufficient grip. For outdoor exposure, consider additional protective coating.
