Gumová hex jednoručka YLDB35 9 kg – proti odvaľovaniu, šetrná k podlahe, chrómovaná drážkovaná rukoväť

The YLDB35 9 kg rubber hex dumbbell distinguishes itself from ordinary round dumbbells with its hexagonal head design that prevents rolling and its thick rubber coating that shields floors and reduces noise. Built for both home and commercial gyms, this single dumbbell pairs a cast iron core with a chrome-plated, knurled steel handle for a secure, comfortable grip. The durable rubber encasing the heads resists rust and impact, making it a reliable choice for strength training, from dumbbell rows to goblet squats.

Highlights

• Hexagonal heads stop the dumbbell from rolling away between sets, improving safety and convenience.
• Rubber coating on the heads protects floors from scratches and dents, and dampens sound when setting down.
• Chrome-plated steel handle with knurled texture provides a non-slip grip, even with sweaty hands.
• Cast iron core with rubber coating offers excellent durability and rust resistance for long-term use.
• Ergonomic handle diameter of approximately 30 mm suits most hand sizes for comfortable lifting.
• Weight tolerance of ±3% ensures accurate load for progressive training.

In daily use

Whether you are performing bicep curls, shoulder presses, or lunges, the YLDB35 feels balanced and secure. The hexagonal shape keeps the dumbbell stable on the floor, so you can easily position it for exercises like renegade rows or push-ups. The rubber coating not only protects your flooring but also reduces the clanking noise common with metal dumbbells, making it suitable for apartment gyms. The knurled chrome handle offers a firm grip, and the 9 kg weight is ideal for intermediate lifters working on hypertrophy or endurance. Since it is sold as a single dumbbell, you can purchase two for a matching pair or add to an existing set.
