Tatonka kompresný vak 18L - modrý

Backpackers and campers who need to shrink bulky sleeping bags and clothing will find the Tatonka Compression Sack 18L an essential piece of kit. Its four circumferential straps pull the cylindrical body tight, turning a fluffy 18-litre load into a compact bundle that slides easily into a rucksack. The water-repellent T-Rip Light fabric shrugs off drizzle and tent condensation, while the ripstop weave prevents small tears from spreading. A drawstring closure with a cord lock keeps contents secure, and the blue colour makes it easy to spot among other gear.

Why choose it

The Tatonka Compression Sack 18L balances low weight with durable construction. At just 120 grams, it adds almost nothing to your pack, yet the ripstop polyamide stands up to abrasion from rough pack fabrics. The four compression straps allow even compression, preventing lumps that waste space. Because it is water-repellent, your gear stays drier during short rain showers or on damp ground. The drawstring top opens wide for easy stuffing, and the cord lock keeps the closure tight even when the sack is not fully compressed.

Ideal use cases

• Compressing a synthetic or down sleeping bag for backpacking trips
• Reducing the volume of spare clothing in a travel pack
• Organising and protecting soft gear like jackets or blankets in a car boot
• Keeping insulation dry during damp conditions or river crossings

Good to know

The Tatonka Compression Sack 18L is part of the Tatonka Compression Sack series and is designated size M. It is ideal for anyone who values space efficiency without sacrificing durability. The ripstop fabric ensures that minor snags do not become major tears, extending the life of the sack. The cylindrical shape fits neatly into the bottom of most rucksacks, and the four straps allow you to adjust the compression to match your load. Whether you are a weekend hiker or a long-distance trekker, this compression sack helps you pack smarter.
