Y&Y Vertical Cylinder Twins 33 mm tréningové rukoväte (pár)

Unlike conventional hangboards or single-position grips, the Y&Y Vertical Cylinder Twins offer a pair of smooth, cylindrical wooden holds that rotate freely on an adjustable cord system. This design forces constant micro-adjustments in grip strength and forearm engagement, making every pull-up or dead hang significantly more challenging and effective for climbing and bouldering training.

Highlights

• 33 mm diameter vertical cylinders for open-hand grip training
• Made from sustainable, skin-friendly wood with a smooth finish
• Adjustable cord suspension allows variable height and instability
• Lightweight and compact – ideal for home, gym, or outdoor use
• Sold as a pair (2 grips) with cords included
• Suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced climbers

In daily use

Mount the grips to any overhead anchor point (not included) and adjust the cord length to your preferred height. The rotating cylinders engage finger flexors, forearms, and core stabilizers during pull-ups, dead hangs, or leg raises. Because the grips are independent and free-spinning, they eliminate the "cheating" of a fixed bar, promoting balanced strength development. The smooth wooden surface is comfortable on skin, even during longer sessions, and the compact size means you can take them to the crag or gym without hassle.
