Noctua skriňový ventilátor počítača NF-S12B REDUX-1200 PWM 120 mm, 12 V, 1200 ot/min, 18,1 dB, sivý

The Noctua NF-S12B REDUX-1200 PWM is a 120 mm case fan engineered for efficient low-impedance ventilation in computer enclosures. The redux edition returns Noctua’s proven NF-S12B concept in a simplified, affordably priced package that focuses on the essential fan features: reliable airflow, durable SSO-Bearing construction and PWM automatic speed control with a 400–1200 RPM range. With an MTBF above 150,000 hours and a full 6-year manufacturer’s warranty, the NF-S12B REDUX-1200 PWM offers long-term, quality operation for system cooling needs.

Advantages

The fan combines a design optimised for high airflow and low noise with bevelled blade tips that reduce rotor-stator interaction, increasing efficiency while keeping acoustic levels low. Noctua’s NE-FD1 PWM controller with Smooth Commutation Drive (SCD) suppresses PWM switching noise for quieter operation at low speeds. The SSO-Bearing delivers extended lifespan and stable rotor axis alignment, and the redux model is compatible with various optional accessories and NA-SAVP1 anti-vibration pads for vibration damping and colour customisation.

Suitable for

• PC case ventilation where high airflow and low noise are required
• System builds prioritising durable, long-life cooling components
• Upgrades or replacements for standard 120 mm intake or exhaust fans
• Quiet workstation or home PC builds using PWM fan control

How to use

Install the fan into a compatible 120 mm mounting position in your PC case, observing correct airflow direction for intake or exhaust. Connect the 4-pin PWM connector to a motherboard fan header or PWM-capable controller to enable automatic speed regulation between 400 and 1200 RPM. Secure the fan with the supplied mounting screws or optional anti-vibration mounts, and route the cable to avoid contact with moving blades.

Recommendations

For optimal quiet performance, use motherboard fan control profiles to keep typical speeds in the lower half of the RPM range for light workloads and allow automatic increases under heavier load. Consider Noctua’s NA-SAVP1 pads for vibration damping and colour matching, and choose a Low-Noise-Adaptor (L.N.A.) if you require even lower maximum speeds.
