How to use

Adjust the pole length up to the maximum 150 cm according to your height and walking style. Place the wrist in the Lock Security Strap Nylon and grip the handle; the strap helps transfer force to the pole while reducing grip fatigue. Use the poles for propulsion and balance during Nordic walking or as auxiliary support during alpine walking. Avoid placing full body weight on the pole tip if terrain is unstable.

Recommendations

Do not use the poles on icy or very slippery surfaces to prevent falls. Regularly check the shaft, handle and strap for wear and replace worn tips or straps as needed.
