Trekingové palice Viking Teho — nastaviteľné turistické palice, model 610/19/3322/64/UNI

Viking Teho trekking poles are adjustable hiking poles designed to provide support and stability across varied outdoor terrain. The model offers a telescopic adjustment system for adapting pole length to user height and changing conditions, a lightweight construction for reduced fatigue and ergonomic grips to improve handling during long walks and treks. These poles distribute load through the arms to reduce strain on knees and improve balance on slopes, uneven paths and during river crossings.

Advantages

The telescopic adjustment allows quick length changes to suit uphill, downhill or level terrain. Durable materials and reinforced locking mechanisms ensure reliable performance in mixed conditions. Ergonomic handles with an anti-slip surface provide comfortable grip and better control. Packable and relatively lightweight, the poles are easy to stow and carry when not in use.

How to use

Extend or retract the pole sections to match your height so that your elbow forms an approximately 90-degree angle when holding the grip. Lock each section securely using the pole's locking mechanism before applying weight. Use the poles by planting them slightly ahead of your step and pushing down to transfer part of the load from legs to arms. Shorten the poles for steep descents to improve stability and lengthen them for uphill sections to maintain stride and leverage.

Recommendations

Regularly check and clean locking joints and shaft sections after muddy or sandy conditions to maintain smooth adjustment and reliable locking. Replace worn tips or add appropriate baskets for snow or soft ground to preserve pole performance and safety.
