Nordic Walking Pro Trainer 110cm Viking palice červené/čierne

Step into your local park on a crisp morning, poles in hand, and feel the rhythm of a full-body workout that protects your joints while boosting your cardio. The Viking Nordic Walking Pro Trainer 110 cm poles are built for walkers who want reliable, lightweight support on paved paths and gentle trails. With a fixed 110 cm length, they suit users roughly 165–175 cm tall, but always check your personal sizing for the best angle.

Why choose it

These poles strike a practical balance between durability and comfort. The aluminum 6061 shaft resists bending under regular use, while the cork-PP grip wicks moisture and reduces hand fatigue on longer outings. The quick-release strap lets you free your hand instantly for a drink or phone check, then click back in without fuss. No anti-shock system means a more direct pole plant, which many Nordic walkers prefer for efficient push-off.

Ideal use cases

• Nordic walking on asphalt, gravel, or packed dirt
• Beginner and intermediate fitness walkers
• Daily 30–60 minute cardio sessions
• Users who want a fixed-length pole without adjustment mechanisms

Good to know

Fixed-length poles offer maximum rigidity and lower weight compared to adjustable models. The 110 cm length is a common choice for average-height walkers, but proper sizing depends on your height and arm swing. Always replace worn rubber tips to maintain grip on hard surfaces.
