How to use

Place the joint or food item on a stable cutting board. Hold the ergonomic handle firmly and use long, steady slicing motions along the grain of meat or across large vegetables to obtain clean, even slices. For best results with roasts, let the meat rest after cooking, then carve with smooth, back-and-forth strokes while keeping the blade level. After use, rinse and dry the knife promptly and store it safely to preserve the blade and handle.

Recommendations

Regularly hone the blade to maintain edge alignment and use professional sharpening when needed. Avoid cutting on very hard surfaces such as stone or glass; use a wooden or plastic cutting board to prolong blade life. Hand wash only to protect the handle and blade finish.
