Nôž s lámacími čepeľami Wedo 78 7018 čierny strieborný

WEDO Cutter 2-in-1 (Snap-off Blade Knife Wedo 78 7018 Black Silver) combines a standard snap-off blade cutter with an automatic safety retraction mechanism in a single tool. The knife has an 18 mm blade width and a spring-loaded blade that retracts automatically when it loses contact with the cut material. A conventional blade lock allows the blade to be pushed forward and fixed for continuous cutting. The metal body with an ergonomic shape and rubberized grip zone provides secure handling. The integrated break-off device in the metal body and delivery with a pre-inserted snap-off blade make the tool ready for immediate use.

Advantages

The cutter offers two operating modes — manual blade extension with standard lock and automatic blade retraction for enhanced safety. Its spring-loaded mechanism reduces the risk of accidental exposure to the blade, while the metal construction and rubberized grip ensure durability and comfortable handling. The integrated break-off feature allows quick renewal of the cutting edge without additional tools.

Suitable for

• Precision cutting in crafts and hobbies
• Office and packaging tasks
• Light workshop and DIY trimming
• Replacing dull blade segments during repetitive cutting

How to use

Extend the blade manually using the standard blade lock for continuous cutting tasks. For safe single cuts, push the blade forward and rely on the spring-loaded mechanism: the blade will automatically retract when it loses contact with the material. When the cutting edge becomes dull, use the integrated break-off device to snap off the used blade segment and expose a fresh segment. Replace the blade according to the manufacturer's instructions if all segments are spent.

Recommendations

Use the knife on suitable cutting surfaces and apply controlled, even pressure during cutting. Keep fingers away from the blade path and store the cutter with the blade retracted when not in use. Replace the snap-off blade only with compatible 18 mm blades.
