Nožnice na živý plot Black & Decker GTC1843L20-QW dvojitý nôž 3,2 kg

The Black & Decker GTC1843L20-QW Double Blade 3.2 kg is a lightweight battery-powered hedge trimmer designed for routine garden maintenance. It combines a double cutting blade with a compact body and a carry weight of 3.2 kg, providing a balance between maneuverability and cutting performance. The cordless design removes the restriction of power cables, making it suitable for trimming hedges, shaping shrubs and tidying garden borders in small to medium-sized outdoor spaces.

Advantages

The double blade system delivers efficient, even cuts that reduce the number of passes needed to achieve a clean finish. At 3.2 kg, the tool is easy to handle for extended periods, reducing operator fatigue during routine trimming tasks. Battery power offers freedom of movement and quiet operation compared with petrol models, while the compact dimensions improve access to tight spaces and allow precise shaping of hedgerows and ornamental shrubs.

Suitable for

• Trimming residential hedges and boundary shrubs
• Shaping small to medium ornamental bushes and topiary
• Tidying garden borders and pathways
• Light pruning and seasonal maintenance

How to use

Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged and properly fitted according to the tool’s battery insertion guide. Hold the hedge trimmer with both hands, keeping a firm grip on the handle and the front support to control movement. Move the trimmer in smooth, sweeping strokes along the hedge top and sides, working from the base upward for vertical faces or from one end to the other for horizontal cuts. Make light finishing passes to achieve the desired shape. For safety, keep the cutting blades away from body and limbs, and allow the blades to stop completely before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as gloves, eye protection and sturdy footwear. Avoid operating the tool in wet conditions or when visibility is poor. For extended work sessions, rotate tasks to reduce fatigue and check the blade condition regularly; sharpen or replace blades according to manufacturer guidance to maintain cutting performance.
