How to use

Load sheets into the printer tray according to the device manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the correct paper orientation for single- or double-sided printing. For handwriting, use standard ballpoint pens, gel pens or pencils to ensure clear legibility; allow ink to dry briefly before stacking to avoid smudging. Use color order and simple markings to separate document types or priority levels, and store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to maintain paper quality.

Recommendations

To maintain consistent print results, test a single sheet in your printer before running larger batches. Keep the pack away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent curling or discoloration. For archival records, combine color coding with clear labels or reference numbers to simplify retrieval.
