Oceľ pozinkovaná Extralink M8 objímka Large EX.7102, M8 kotevná svorka pre inštaláciu káblov

Extralink M8 Cybant Large EX.7102 is a steel, galvanized M8 anchoring clamp designed to secure and tension cables in telecommunications and electrical installations. The clamp provides a mechanical grip and stable support for cables exposed to outdoor conditions; its corrosion‑resistant zinc coating extends functional life and reduces maintenance needs. The product is suitable for mounting on poles, towers and fixed structures where reliable cable fastening and controlled tension are required.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction offers high mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion in outdoor environments. The M8 fastening interface enables compatibility with standard M8 bolts and threaded attachments, simplifying installation and replacement. Its large body design accommodates thicker cable sheaths and provides an even distribution of clamping force, reducing the risk of localized damage to the cable. The simple two‑part design allows quick assembly and tensioning without specialized tooling.

How to use

Position the clamp around the cable at the designated anchoring point and align the clamp body with the mounting surface. Insert standard M8 bolts or threaded fasteners through the clamp holes and secure to the supporting structure. Gradually tighten the fastening bolts to achieve the required cable tension, ensuring even clamping pressure along the cable sheath. Inspect the assembly after tensioning to confirm firm attachment and correct alignment; make adjustments if necessary. For safety, follow applicable site procedures and load limits when tensioning cables.

Recommendations

Use appropriate M8 bolts and corrosion‑resistant fasteners. Avoid over‑tightening to prevent damage to cable sheaths; consult cable manufacturer maximum clamping pressures where available. Periodically inspect the galvanization and mechanical integrity in coastal or industrial environments and replace the clamp if significant corrosion or deformation is observed.
