Oceľový roh s 3 nožičkami, Roadinger 64 mm, stohovateľný ochranný roh pre flightcasy a vybavenie

The Roadinger Steel Corner with 3 Legs, 64 mm, is a robust protective corner element designed for attachment to flightcases, transport boxes and stage equipment. Constructed from steel, the corner guards vulnerable case edges and distributes impact forces to reduce wear and deformation. The integrated three-leg design provides stable stacking geometry and reliable support when cases are placed on top of each other or when equipment is positioned against angled surfaces.

Advantages

Steel construction ensures high resistance to mechanical damage and long service life under frequent use. The 64 mm size fits common case profiles and provides substantial coverage of vulnerable edges. The three-leg form improves load distribution and stabilizes stacked cases, helping to prevent slipping or shifting during transport. The parts are designed to be mounted to case corners for direct protection without altering the case interior layout.

How to use

Position the steel corner over the external corner of the case so that the three legs rest against the adjacent surfaces. Align the part for even coverage of the edge and secure it with appropriate fasteners through the predrilled or marked mounting points on the corner piece and the case. Ensure screws or rivets are suitable for the case material and that fasteners are tightened to provide firm contact without deforming the case structure. For best results, install corners on all exposed edges that are subject to impact or stacking.

Recommendations

Check the case material and thickness before selecting fasteners, and inspect mounted corners periodically for loosening or corrosion. When stacking multiple cases, distribute weight evenly and avoid overloading beyond the case manufacturer’s specified capacity. For outdoor storage or corrosive environments, consider additional surface protection or maintenance to preserve the steel finish.
