Ochranné okuliare Honeywell Optema sivé protiškrabové sklá s čiernymi stranicami (model 1000017)

Honeywell Optema safety glasses with grey scratch-resistant lenses and black temples provide reliable eye protection against mechanical impacts, flying particles and light splash in industrial and workshop environments. The full-coverage lenses and lightweight frame are designed to balance protection and comfort, allowing extended wear during construction, laboratory work or general maintenance tasks. The grey-tinted lenses reduce glare in bright environments while preserving sufficient visual clarity for most indoor and outdoor activities.

Advantages

The Optema design combines a durable, lightweight frame with scratch-resistant polycarbonate lenses to maintain optical quality over time. Full-coverage lens geometry minimizes gaps at the sides and under the brow, improving protection from debris and splashes. Black temples offer a neutral aesthetic compatible with a variety of headgear and workwear. The grey tint moderates bright light and reduces eyestrain when working in sunny or brightly illuminated conditions.

Suitable for

• Workshop and machine shop operations
• Construction and building sites
• Laboratory and chemical handling where splash protection is required
• General maintenance, assembly and DIY tasks
• Outdoor tasks in bright conditions needing glare reduction

Key specifications

• Lens material: polycarbonate with scratch-resistant coating
• Lens colour: grey (tint for glare reduction)
• Frame colour: black temples
• Coverage: full-coverage wraparound lens design
• Weight: lightweight construction for extended wear
• Protection: impact and particulate protection suitable for industrial use

How to use

Inspect the glasses before each use to ensure lenses are clean and free of deep scratches that could impair vision. Position the glasses on the face so that the lenses cover the eye area fully and the temples rest comfortably over the ears. Combine with other personal protective equipment, such as helmets, respirators or face shields, according to workplace safety requirements. Clean lenses with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents that can degrade the scratch-resistant coating.

Recommendations

Store the safety glasses in a protective case when not in use to prevent lens damage. Replace the glasses if lenses become deeply scratched, cracked or if the frame is deformed, as this can reduce protective performance. Ensure compatibility with other PPE and verify that lens tint meets illumination and safety standards required for specific tasks.
