Ochranný kryt proti dažďu Hikvision DS-KABV8113-RS sivý

The Hikvision DS-KABV8113-RS rain shield is a surface-mount protective cover designed to keep Hikvision villa door stations safe from rain and moisture. Finished in grey, it provides a simple weatherproofing solution for compatible outdoor intercom and door station models in the KV8113/8213/8413 series.

Advantages

The rain shield offers direct protection against precipitation and splash, helping to reduce water ingress that can cause corrosion or electrical faults. Its surface-mount design allows straightforward installation on exterior walls and its neutral grey finish blends with common outdoor housings.

Suitable for

• Hikvision KV8113/8213/8413 series villa door stations
• Outdoor intercoms and door entry panels requiring basic weather protection
• External wall mounting where overhead protection from rain is needed

Key specifications

• Mounting type: Surface mount
• Compatibility: Designed for KV8113/8213/8413 series door stations
• Color: Grey
• Function: Protects against rain and moisture

How to use

Position the rain shield above the door station on a suitable exterior surface and secure it using appropriate screws and wall anchors for the mounting material. Ensure the shield is aligned so it covers the top and sides of the device to divert water away from the unit. After installation, check that cables and connectors remain accessible and sealed as required.

Recommendations

For best results, install the shield at a slight outward angle to promote water run-off and periodically inspect the mounting and seal areas for debris or signs of wear. The shield provides basic protection from rain but does not replace requirements for full environmental sealing if the device is to be exposed to severe weather or high-pressure washing.
