Okrúhly protiprachový filter DEMCiflex 200 mm — DEMCiflex DF0496, čierny/biely

Round 200 mm dust filter from DEMCiflex in black and white, designed for ventilation openings and fan intakes that require a 200 mm diameter filter. The DEMCiflex DF0496 offers a replaceable barrier that reduces dust accumulation on internal components and improves airflow management for computer cases, electronic enclosures, and small air intakes. The filter's circular shape and slim profile enable straightforward installation in round fan housings and duct openings while maintaining a low airflow resistance suitable for standard 200 mm fans.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex round dust filter provides effective particulate screening with a washable and replaceable design that prolongs equipment life by limiting dust buildup. Its dual-color finish (black/white) allows discreet integration into different chassis or intake panels. The construction balances dust capture and airflow, helping keep fan blades and heat sinks cleaner without significantly increasing fan noise or reducing cooling performance.

Suitable for

• 200 mm case fans and fan mounts
• Computer chassis and server enclosures with round intakes
• Small ventilation ducts and intake vents for electronics
• Workstations, home PC builds, and compact industrial equipment

Key specifications

• Outer diameter: 200 mm (circular filter)
• Color: black/white finish
• Filter type: removable/reusable dust screen
• Compatibility: designed for 200 mm round fan openings and ducts
• Profile: low-profile circular frame for minimal airflow restriction

How to use

Position the filter over the 200 mm fan or intake opening with the colored side outward as preferred, then secure it according to the mounting method of the case or fan grille (clip, magnets, screws or frame fit depending on the installation). If the filter uses adhesive or magnetic attachment, align it carefully before fixing to ensure an even seal. Clean the filter at regular intervals by removing it from the mounting, rinsing with water and allowing it to dry completely before reinstallation. Avoid harsh chemicals or high-pressure washing that could deform the frame or damage the mesh.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean the filter every 1–3 months depending on the operating environment; more frequent maintenance is advised in dusty or pet-friendly environments. Replace the filter if the mesh shows signs of permanent deformation, tearing, or if cleaning no longer restores sufficient airflow. When installing, ensure the filter does not obstruct fan blades or interfere with fan mounting screws to maintain safe operation.
