Olej na skartovačky DAHLE 250 ml pre rezné ústrojenstvo (modely 20790–21583)

DAHLE shredder oil 250 ml is formulated for lubrication of cutting units in compatible office shredders. The oil is supplied in a 250 ml bottle designed for controlled, precise application during routine maintenance. Regular application reduces friction and wear of blades and moving parts, helping to maintain consistent cutting performance and extend the service life of the cutting mechanism.

Advantages

The lubricant is a light, non-corrosive oil that spreads evenly across cutting surfaces to minimize buildup and binding. Its formulation helps displace moisture and prevents oxidation on metal parts, reducing the risk of jamming and uneven shredding. The bottle design allows targeted application to feed openings and cutting shafts to optimize maintenance intervals and maintain operational efficiency.

Suitable for

• Periodic maintenance of office strip-cut, cross-cut, and micro-cut shredders compatible with the specified cutting units
• Lubrication of cutting shafts and feeding mechanisms to reduce noise and wear
• Preparation before extended storage to protect metal components from corrosion

Key specifications

• Volume: 250 ml
• Formulation: light lubrication oil for cutting units
• Compatibility: intended for use with compatible DAHLE cutting units and office shredders
• Container: squeeze bottle for controlled, precise application
• Function: reduces friction, helps prevent rust and blade binding

How to use

Apply oil according to the shredder manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. Typically, place a small amount of oil along the cutter shaft or directly into the paper feed opening, then run a short strip of paper through the shredder to distribute the oil across the blades. Use the bottle to apply only the amount needed; avoid over-lubrication. Perform lubrication at recommended intervals or after heavy use to maintain cutting quality and reduce mechanical strain.

Recommendations

Store the bottle upright at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Use appropriate amounts during maintenance and follow the shredder’s manual for interval guidance; excess oil can attract dust and debris, while insufficient oil can increase wear.
