For reliable detection and long service life, use clean, unfolded banknotes within the specified size and thickness ranges. Regularly clean sensors and remove dust from the hopper and stacker according to the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance. When checking different currencies, enable the appropriate sensor (UV or MG) and run a short test batch to confirm correct detection settings.
