Trim the sleeving to length with appropriate cutting tools and, if needed, seal the cut ends with heat or adhesive tape to prevent fraying. Ensure cables are clean and free of sharp edges before sleeving to maintain maximum abrasion protection.

Recommendations

For best results, route sleeved cables away from sharp metal edges and moving parts; secure the sleeving with clamps or cable ties at intervals to prevent displacement.
