Optický konektor LC/LC samica/samica ShiverPeaks BS07-60021

The ShiverPeaks BS07-60021 is a single, bulkhead-style LC/LC female-to-female fibre optic connector designed for precise mating of LC duplex assemblies in rack, panel, or enclosure installations. Engineered for low insertion loss and consistent alignment, this connector supports high-speed data transmission and standard telecommunications links where LC duplex terminations are required. It is supplied as an individual unit for use in custom patch panels or fibre adapters.

Advantages

This bulkhead LC/LC female connector provides stable mechanical alignment and low optical attenuation suitable for multi-mode and single-mode patching environments. The compact LC form factor conserves space in high-density panels while maintaining reliable fibre end-face contact. As a single-piece, panel-mount option, it simplifies installation and replacement without the need for additional adapters or conversion hardware.

Suitable for

• Panel and rack-mounted fibre patch panels
• Telecommunications and data centre interconnects
• Optical distribution frames and enclosures
• Custom fibre adapter panels and retrofit installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC duplex to LC duplex, female to female
• Mounting style: Bulkhead / panel-mounted
• Form factor: LC compact duplex
• Optical performance: designed for low insertion loss and repeatable mating
• Compatibility: standard LC duplex fibre assemblies and jumper cables
• Unit configuration: single connector sold individually

How to use

Install the bulkhead connector into a compatible panel cut-out or enclosure opening and secure it according to the panel’s mounting method. Align LC duplex fibre patch cords with the connector ports and insert until a positive latch is felt. For removal, depress the LC latch on the patch cord and gently withdraw the connector. Ensure fibre end-faces are clean before mating to maintain low loss and prevent contamination-related degradation.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean fibre end-faces with approved cleaning tools before each connection; avoid touching end-faces with bare fingers. Use the connector in environments that comply with the fibre system’s temperature and humidity specifications and follow standard industry practices for bend radius and strain relief to preserve optical performance.
