Osram T5 žiarivka 6W 640 studená biela G5 225mm

The Osram T5 fluorescent tube in 6W/640 delivers a crisp cool white light with a colour temperature of 4000K, making it a solid choice for task lighting, display cases, and general illumination where clarity matters. Unlike many budget tubes that sacrifice colour consistency, this lamp holds a colour rendering index in the 60–69 range, so colours appear reasonably natural without the harshness of older cool white tubes. Its slim 16mm T5 profile and G5 bi-pin base fit a wide range of modern luminaires, while the 225mm overall length suits compact fixtures.

• 6W power consumption with 280 lumens output
• T5 tubular design, 16mm diameter, G5 base
• Rated lifespan of 8,000 hours
• Energy efficiency class B

In daily use

This tube starts quickly—ignition takes less than 0.3 seconds and it reaches 60% brightness in under 10 seconds, so there is no long flicker or warm-up delay. It is not dimmable, which is typical for this class of fluorescent lamp, but the stable output and cool white tone make it reliable for under-cabinet lighting, workshop fixtures, and retail display shelves. With a mercury content of 4.0 mg, it should be disposed of according to local regulations for fluorescent lamps.
