How to use

Before installation, verify compatibility with the cabinet mounting points and measure the existing castor mounting height to ensure a correct fit with the 75 mm overall height. Replace castors in sets of four to maintain even mobility and stability. Fit each wheel according to the cabinet manufacturer's instructions, ensuring fasteners are tightened and any locking mechanisms engage properly. After installation, test the cabinet on a flat surface to confirm smooth rolling and stable posture.

Recommendations

Use the EZW-2 castor wheels on flat, indoor floor surfaces to ensure reliable movement and to minimise wear. Periodically check mounting hardware and wheel condition, and clean wheels of debris to maintain performance. For cabinets carrying heavy or uneven loads, confirm that the combined load does not exceed the cabinet system's specified capacity.
