Roadinger 75 mm caster wheel in blue with integrated brake is a swivel castor designed for mounting on equipment, furniture and transport trolleys. With a 75 mm wheel diameter it provides smooth rolling and reliable load support for medium-duty applications. The built-in locking brake secures the wheel in a stationary position when required, making repositioning and parking of items straightforward on indoor, flat surfaces.

How to use

Mount the swivel castor to the underside of the item using the compatible mounting plate holes and suitable fasteners for the material. Verify the mounting hardware is tightened securely and that the wheel rotates and swivels freely. Use the integrated brake to lock the wheel when you need to keep the item stationary; disengage the brake to move the item smoothly. Regularly inspect for debris around the wheel and keep the mounting area free from obstructions.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the caster on flat, clean indoor floors and avoid exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Check fastening screws periodically and clear any trapped dirt or fibres from the wheel tread to maintain smooth rolling and reliable brake operation.
