Overlatch Roadinger 30000625 zámok dverí 115×127 mm, 44 mm rozstup

Roadinger overlatch model 30000625 is a surface-mounted door latch with plate dimensions of 115×127 mm and a 44 mm backset. The unit is designed to provide mechanical closing and securing for doors, equipment cases and panels where a compact, robust latch is required. Constructed for mounting on the door surface, this latch fits applications that need a defined plate footprint and a moderate backset distance.

Advantages

The overlatch offers a compact footprint and straightforward surface mounting, reducing the need for recessed door preparation. Its 44 mm backset positions the latch mechanism at a standard distance from the plate edge for reliable engagement with strike plates or frame fittings. The plate dimensions ensure a stable attachment area that distributes load and minimizes stress on the mounting surface. Designed for practical, mechanical operation, the latch provides consistent closing action without electrical power.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the plate on the door or case surface aligning the latch so that the bolt engages the strike or frame fitting at the intended closed position. Mark and drill mounting holes through the plate into the door surface, then secure the plate with appropriate screws for the door material. Adjust the strike or receiving fitting to ensure smooth engagement and reliable latching. Regularly check mounting screws and alignment to maintain consistent operation.

Recommendations

For best results, use hardware fasteners appropriate to the door material (wood, metal, composite) and pre-drill pilot holes if necessary. Verify that the strike plate or receiving fitting is aligned to allow full engagement of the latch bolt. Inspect and tighten fasteners periodically and lubricate moving parts sparingly with a light lubricant to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth action.
