How to use

Replace the defective pan motor by accessing the S-500 pan assembly according to the machine service instructions, disconnecting power and control connections before removal. Mount the replacement unit in the original pan bracket, reconnect the control and power connectors, and verify mechanical alignment and free movement of the head before powering on. Perform a functional test using the machine's pan control to confirm correct range and responsiveness, and make small positional adjustments if required.

Recommendations

Use the replacement pan motor only with compatible S-500 machines and follow Antari safety and service guidelines. Ensure power is disconnected during installation, and test the pan movement at low speed or incrementally to confirm correct wiring and alignment. For rental or heavy-use environments, schedule regular inspections of the pan mechanism and connections to maintain reliable directional smoke output.
