How to use

Adjust the pole to the correct length if the pole includes an adjustable mechanism, ensuring a slight bend in the elbow when holding the grip. Place the strap securely around the wrist to transfer power efficiently and reduce grip fatigue. Plant the pole diagonally behind you and push off through the strap and grip during each step to assist propulsion. Clean the tip and check components after walks to maintain reliable performance.

Recommendations

Use suitable rubber tips or baskets for urban or soft-surface walking to protect the pole tip and improve traction. Store the pole dry and avoid prolonged exposure to corrosive environments. Inspect connections and grips periodically and replace consumable tips as needed to retain safe and effective use.
