Palubný valec Franken PSSA

The Franken PSSA board wheel is a wall-mounted roller designed for guiding or supporting board edges and panels. Finished in grey, it measures 147 mm in width, 100 mm in depth and 195 mm in height. Supplied as a single unit per pack, the component is built with a focus on stable installation and repeated use in fitting, handling or storage setups where controlled movement or edge protection is required.

Advantages

The construction provides a stable contact surface and consistent rolling behavior to reduce wear on panels and boards. Its compact footprint and wall-mounted format save floor space while enabling placement at specific working heights. The grey finish offers neutral aesthetics that blend with common workshop, warehouse or retail fixtures. The one-piece supply simplifies ordering and replacement.

Suitable for

• Supporting and guiding wooden or composite boards during cutting or finishing operations
• Wall-mounted storage systems for sheet materials in workshops or warehouses
• Retail display or back-of-house fixtures where panels need controlled movement
• Assembly lines or workstations that require low-friction lateral support

How to use

Install the board wheel on a suitably strong vertical surface using appropriate fasteners for the wall material and anticipated load. Position the roller at the desired height to support the edge or face of the board being handled. Ensure the mounting is level and secure before placing any load on the wheel. Regularly inspect the fixing points and wheel surface for wear or loosening and retighten or replace components as needed to maintain safe operation.

Recommendations

Use the Franken PSSA board wheel within its intended application range: support and guidance of panels and boards. Select wall anchors and screws rated for the expected static and dynamic loads. Avoid exposing the wheel to corrosive chemicals or continuous high-impact loading. Periodic cleaning and lubrication of the rolling interface will prolong service life.
