Panel na vedenie káblov helos 328643 1U so 6 kovovými držiakmi 70×40 mm svetlosivý

helos cable management plate 328643 is a 1U rack-mounted accessory designed to organize and secure network and power cabling in server racks and network cabinets. The unit includes six metal brackets measuring 70×40 mm each and is finished in light grey, providing a low-profile solution that fits within a standard 1U mounting space to help route, separate and fasten cables for improved airflow and simplified maintenance access.

Advantages

The plate provides a compact and durable mounting point for cable runs, reducing cable clutter and preventing strain on connectors. Metal brackets offer robust support for bundled cables and repetitive handling. Its 1U size ensures compatibility with standard racks and minimizes occupied rack space while the light grey finish is neutral and suitable for most equipment environments.

Suitable for

• Organizing ethernet, fiber patch cords and power leads in 19" racks
• Separating cable groups to improve airflow in server cabinets
• Securing patch panels and rack-mounted equipment cable exits
• Data center, network room and telecommunication cabinet installations

Key specifications

• Mounting height: 1U (standard rack space)
• Bracket material: metal
• Bracket dimensions: 70 × 40 mm (each)
• Number of brackets: 6
• Finish color: light grey
• Intended use: horizontal cable management in server racks and cabinets

How to use

Install the plate in a standard 1U rack position using compatible rack screws and cage nuts. Route cables through or alongside the metal brackets, grouping similar cable types together to maintain separation between power and data lines. Fasten cable bundles to the brackets with appropriate ties or straps, ensuring not to over-tighten to avoid damaging cable jackets or affecting signal performance. Position the plate where it provides the most efficient cable path and access for maintenance.

Recommendations

For best results, use the plate to group and guide cables rather than as the primary load-bearing support. Combine with cable ties that have rounded edges or reusable straps to prevent abrasion. Periodically inspect fastenings and cable routing to maintain airflow and serviceability.
