Cook as required, using utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces if you prefer to prolong the coating life; the pan also tolerates metal utensils. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning according to the manufacturer's care instructions.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the Megastone non-stick coating, avoid prolonged high-heat dry heating and follow the care instructions. Although metal utensils are tolerated, using silicone or wooden utensils will help maintain the coating longer. The Thermo Collar helps reduce excess oil by indicating the correct frying temperature.
