Páska s etiketami Brady M5-32-427 pre BMP51/BMP53/M511 (samolaminovacia, šírka 32 mm)

Replacement Brady label tape M5-32-427 is a self-laminating, 32 mm wide cartridge compatible with BMP51, BMP53 and M511 handheld label printers. It is intended for durable identification of cables, wires, panels and equipment in industrial, electrical and network environments. The tape applies printed text with an overlaminate that covers and protects characters, improving abrasion and chemical resistance for long-lasting legibility.

Advantages

This self-laminating tape provides a protective clear overlaminate that extends the life of printed text and symbols when exposed to rubbing, oils or cleaning agents. The 32 mm width allows for clear multi-line text and icons while remaining suitable for use on cable jackets, terminal blocks and equipment surfaces. The cartridge format is designed for straightforward installation in compatible handheld printers, ensuring consistent print alignment and reliable feed.

Suitable for

• Permanent cable and wire identification in electrical and telecom installations
• Panel and rack labelling in data centers and industrial cabinets
• Asset and equipment marking in maintenance and service operations
• Environmental exposure where abrasion and chemical resistance are required

Key specifications

• Label type: self-laminating (overlaminate protects printed area)
• Label width: 32 mm
• Compatible printers: handheld label printers designed for the specified cartridge format
• Durability: enhanced abrasion and chemical resistance due to overlaminate
• Application surfaces: cables, wires, panels and equipment housings

How to use

Install the cartridge into a compatible handheld printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Design and print the required text, symbols or barcodes using the printer’s settings for a 32 mm tape width. Wrap the printed portion around the cable or apply the label to the target surface so that the clear overlaminate overlaps the printed area; this overlap secures and seals the print against wear. Ensure the application surface is clean and dry for best adhesion.

Recommendations

For optimal durability, use the tape on clean, dry surfaces and allow printed labels to adhere without disturbance for a few seconds. Select font sizes and label length appropriate for the 32 mm width to ensure legibility; avoid excessive bending at sharp cable edges to prevent premature wear of the overlaminate.
