Pásková spona DeLOCK 18794 nerez modrá 10 ks

The DeLOCK 18794 stainless steel cable ties combine durable steel construction with a blue finish for visible, long-lasting cable fastening. Each tie is 300 mm long and 4.6 mm wide; the pack contains 10 pieces suitable for organizing single cables, wires and tubes in industrial or domestic settings. The stainless steel material ensures high heat resistance, tensile strength and corrosion resistance, making these ties suitable for demanding environments.

Advantages

These cable ties provide strong, permanent bundling thanks to their steel construction and self-locking ball lock. The blue coating improves visibility and identification. Their corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant properties offer reliable performance in harsh conditions, while the compact dimensions allow space-saving routing and fastening of multiple cable types.

Suitable for

• Bundling individual electrical cables and wires
• Securing small tubing and hoses
• Industrial and outdoor installations requiring corrosion resistance
• Applications needing high tensile strength and heat resistance

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull to tighten around the cable bundle until snug. For a secure and uniform installation, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie installation tool to tension and cut off excess tail. Ensure the bundle is tightened sufficiently for secure fastening but not over-torqued to avoid damage to cables or tubing.

Recommendations

For consistent results in demanding or repetitive installations, use a dedicated stainless steel cable tie tensioning tool. Select the appropriate tie length and avoid over-tightening near sensitive cable cores; inspect periodically for signs of abrasion or corrosion in harsh environments.
