The white-coated steel provides a neat appearance while retaining the mechanical properties of the metal. Each tie features a self-locking ball lock for reliable retention and consistent performance under load.

Suitable for

• Organising and bundling electrical cables and wires
• Securing tubes and hoses in equipment or installations
• Industrial and outdoor applications where corrosion resistance is required
• Situations requiring a compact, space-saving fastening solution

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock, wrap the tie around the bundle of cables, wires or tubes and pull the tail until the desired tension is reached. Trim any excess tail close to the lock for a neat finish. For repetitive or high-tension applications, use a suitable stainless steel cable tie installation tool to achieve consistent tension and cut-off.

Recommendations

For long-term outdoor or corrosive environments choose stainless steel ties and, where appropriate, use a dedicated installation tool to reduce the risk of over-tightening and to ensure consistent clamping force. Avoid using on sharp-edged objects without protective sleeving to prevent damage to the tie.
