Patch kábel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 1,5 m fialový

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a high-quality 1.5 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and S/FTP shielding for reduced interference. Designed for reliable data transmission, this Cat.6 patch cable supports higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin to deliver stable performance in demanding network environments. The cable is finished in purple and is compatible with standard Ethernet devices.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides additional protection against electromagnetic and crosstalk interference, helping to maintain signal integrity. Cat.6 specification enables higher bandwidth and lower error rates compared with lower-category cables. The 1.5 m length offers flexibility for connecting nearby devices while keeping cable management tidy. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure wide compatibility with networking hardware.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers within office or home networks
• Patch panels and structured cabling environments
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD streaming and VoIP
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (for example, a PC and a switch or router). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured installations, use appropriate cable management and label both ends if required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable, keep cable runs clear of power lines and large electrical equipment, and verify connections after installation. Use Cat.6 patch cords for short to medium runs within racks, workstations and patch panels where higher bandwidth and shielding are needed.
