Patch kábel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 15 m ružový

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 15 m network cable designed for reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections. It features S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain signal integrity and support data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, with a distinctive pink color for easy identification.

Advantages

The Cat.6 S/FTP construction provides improved bandwidth and a higher signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, which helps reduce interference and maintain stable, low-error data transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The 15 m length offers flexibility for mid-range cabling runs while the pink jacket simplifies cable management and device identification.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet networks (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Office and home network patching between switches, routers and workstations
• Structured cabling where S/FTP shielding is required to reduce EMI

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Product colour: Pink
• Weight: 0.564 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router or network interface) and the other to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the cable is routed to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Verify link status on connected devices and test throughput if required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid routing the cable parallel to high-power electrical lines and keep bend radius above the manufacturer’s minimum. Use S/FTP patching in environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is needed; replace damaged cables to maintain reliable Gigabit connections.
