Patch kábel ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 08-35032 — sieťový kábel

ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable (model 08-35032) is a network cable designed for high‑speed Ethernet links in LANs, server rooms and structured cabling environments. The cable uses Category 7 construction with an unshielded twisted-pair (U/UTP) topology and standard RJ45 terminations to provide reliable connectivity between switches, routers, patch panels and endpoints. It is intended for short to medium length patching runs where Category 7 performance characteristics are required.

Advantages

The cable provides enhanced data transmission performance consistent with Category 7 specifications while using a U/UTP topology that simplifies grounding and installation compared with shielded alternatives. Standard RJ45 connectors ensure compatibility with common networking equipment and patch panels. The construction aims to minimize crosstalk and maintain signal integrity for high bandwidth applications, supporting stable Ethernet connections in dense networking racks and structured cabling systems.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches, routers and patch panels in LAN and server room environments
• Structured cabling runs where Category 7 performance is required for high bandwidth or reduced interference
• Short to medium length horizontal and vertical patching within data closets and telecommunications rooms

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 7
• Topology: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ45 male to RJ45 male
• Designed for: Ethernet and structured cabling patching
• Typical use lengths: short to medium patch runs (factory-supplied length)
• Color: yellow (as supplied)

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to the network port of a switch, router or patch panel and the other end to the target device or another patch port. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the cable is routed to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension. For installation in racks and cabinets, secure the cable according to local cabling practices to maintain bend radius and prevent strain on the terminations. Verify link status and speed on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Maintain manufacturer-recommended minimum bend radius and avoid kinking. For installations requiring additional immunity to electromagnetic interference, consider using shielded cable types and appropriate grounding practices instead of unshielded variants.
