Patch panel LANBERG PPU5-2048-B 48-port 2U 19 palcov kategória 5e UTP, čierny

LANBERG PPU5-2048-B is a 48‑port 2U 19" patch panel for Category 5e UTP cabling. It is designed for mounting in standard 19‑inch racks to provide centralized cable termination and organized connection points for Ethernet networks. The panel supports structured cabling in offices, server rooms and network closets and facilitates installation, labeling and ongoing maintenance of network cabling.

Advantages

The 48-port layout in a 2U form factor maximizes port density while conserving rack space. Category 5e UTP compatibility ensures support for typical Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet deployments where C5e is acceptable. The black finish offers consistent appearance in equipment racks and helps hide dust and minor wear. Modular jack layout simplifies identification and replacement of individual connections.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in office environments
• Server rooms and data cabinets
• Network closets and telecommunications rooms
• Small to medium enterprise LANs using Category 5e cabling

Terminate each network cable on the corresponding IDC or RJ45 module following the T568A or T568B wiring scheme required by your installation. Label ports as needed to match patch cords and network documentation. After termination, connect patch cords from the panel ports to switches or other active equipment to complete the network links.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use Category 5e or higher quality cables and maintain proper cable management to avoid excessive bend radii and interference. Verify wiring order with a cable tester after termination and keep documentation of port mappings for easier maintenance.
