How to use

Connect the microphone to your setup using the XLR-3 cable for professional audio interfaces and mixers or use the USB Type-C connection for direct PC connectivity. Ensure the microphone receives 48 V phantom power when connected via XLR if required by your interface. Position the microphone at an appropriate distance from the mouth—typically 10–30 cm—and use the rotary control to adjust input level at the device. Configure your streaming or recording software to select the ALIAS PRO as the active input source and verify levels before going live or starting a recording.

Recommendations

For best results in streaming and recording, enable 48 V phantom power on your audio interface when using the XLR connection, set a moderate input gain to avoid clipping, and use noise gating or software-based studio effects to remove background noise. Place the microphone on a stable mount and maintain a consistent distance to preserve tonal balance and clarity during sessions.
