PC skriňa HYTE Y40 Midi Tower čierna

Y40 S-Tier Aesthetic Case is an ATX tower designed for advanced builds that prioritize multi-dimensional styling and high-end GPU compatibility. The case features a two-piece panoramic glass layout for an unobstructed view of internal components, expanded vertical graphics support, and integrated airflow considerations to maintain system harmony.

Advantages

The Y40 offers a deeply considered exterior with precise beveling and a panoramic dual-glass design that highlights system components. It supports vertical GPU installation up to four full slots with extra clearance for airflow, includes a premium PCIe 4.0 riser cable with a protective canopy, and provides versatile cooling options for both large radiators and tall air coolers.

Key specifications

• Form factor: ATX-compatible tower
• Vertical GPU support: up to 4 full slots with additional airflow gap
• Included accessory: luxury PCIe 4.0 riser cable with protective canopy
• Pre-installed fans: 2 × 120 mm (one floor intake, one rear exhaust)
• Side radiator support: up to 280 mm with combined thickness up to 120 mm (supports large 60 mm+ radiators)
• Top radiator support: up to 360 mm
• CPU cooler height clearance: supports air coolers over 180 mm

How to use

Install the motherboard and route the included PCIe 4.0 riser cable according to the case layout to enable vertical GPU mounting. Place the graphics card into the vertical slot area, ensuring the card occupies no more than four full slots and that the gap to the glass allows airflow. Connect the pre-installed 120 mm fans to the motherboard or fan controller, position radiators in the side or top mounts as required for your cooling configuration, and verify clearance for any large air cooler up to and beyond 180 mm in height.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling with vertical graphics, use the lower intake fan and leave at least one slot-width gap between the GPU edge and the glass. When installing large radiators or custom loops, confirm the combined thickness fits within the 120 mm side clearance and verify overall component clearances before final assembly.
