Pečacia panvica ZWILLING Plus 8,5 L hliník nehrdzavejúca oceľ

The ZWILLING Plus oval multi roaster measures 38 cm in length and has a total capacity of 8.5 L, making it suitable for large poultry and other sizeable roasts. Constructed with an aluminium core sandwiched between stainless steel layers, the roaster provides even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The tight‑sealing lid reduces the need for added liquid and allows reduced cooking temperatures after initial browning. The lid also features a SIGMA-Classic base and can be used separately for frying small portions. The roaster is suitable for all hob types and is ovenproof, with a scratch‑resistant high‑gloss finish and dishwasher-safe surfaces.

Advantages

Even heat distribution due to the aluminium sandwich base between stainless steel layers ensures uniform browning and cooking. The tight‑fitting lid retains moisture and flavours, reducing the need for additional liquid and allowing energy savings by lowering heat after searing. The lid’s SIGMA-Classic base doubles as a frying surface for small quantities. The product is compatible with all cooker types, ovenproof, has a durable, scratch‑resistant high‑gloss finish and is dishwasher-safe for easy care.

Suitable for

• Roasting large poultry, whole chickens or turkeys

• Browning and frying small portions using the lid
• Oven baking casseroles and gratins

Use the base for searing and browning, then add liquids and ingredients and close the tight‑fitting lid to continue slow cooking or roasting. The lid can be used separately for frying small quantities. After cooking, allow the roaster to cool slightly before washing; the dishwasher-safe finish permits machine cleaning, but hand washing is recommended for long‑term preservation of the high‑gloss surface.

Recommendations

For best results, brown meat first at higher heat, then reduce the temperature and cook with the lid closed to retain moisture and reduce energy consumption. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the scratch‑resistant high‑gloss finish.
