Advantages

Permanent, low‑odour ink with excellent smudge‑proof and waterproof properties on most surfaces and high colour brilliance. Fast drying time makes the marker suitable for left‑handed users. DRY SAFE ink prevents drying when left uncapped for days. Airplane‑safe pressure equalisation reduces the risk of leakage during flights. Durable PP barrel and cap, locked tip resistant to hand pressure, and refillable with the Staedtler refill station for economical and ecological use.

How to use

Remove the cap and write or draw as required on a clean, dry surface. Allow the ink to dry for a few seconds. After use, replace the cap to preserve tip condition; if left uncapped, the DRY SAFE ink allows the marker to remain usable for days. To refill, insert the marker into Staedtler refill station 487 17 and follow the refill station instructions; the pen will draw its maximum ink content and cannot be overfilled.

Recommendations

For best results, store markers horizontally in the stand‑up Staedtler box. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. Use on clean surfaces for optimal adhesion and lightfastness; allow ink to dry completely before stacking or handling labeled items.
