Key specifications

• Detection technology: Passive infrared (PIR)
• Supply voltage: 2.3–4 V DC
• Target detection: Human movement and presence
• Power profile: Low power consumption suitable for battery operation
• Form factor: Compact sensor module for embedded integration
• Typical applications: Security, lighting control, automation systems

How to use

Integrate the EKMB1301111K into the device's sensor input area and connect to the host circuitry following the product's electrical recommendations. Ensure the supply voltage is maintained within the 2.3–4 V range and provide stable power to avoid detection instability. Place the sensor with a clear field of view toward the monitored area and avoid direct exposure to heat sources or drafts that could affect infrared readings. Test detection in situ to confirm orientation and sensitivity match the intended coverage.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, mount the sensor where it has an unobstructed view of the monitored zone, keep it away from direct sunlight and heating elements, and use decoupling or regulation on the power input to maintain a steady 2.3–4 V supply for stable detection and minimal power consumption.
