How to use

Place the mixer on a stable, dry surface and ensure the bowl is correctly seated. Attach the appropriate agitator for the task (dough hooks for kneading, whisk for whipping). Add ingredients to the bowl according to your recipe, select a low speed to combine ingredients and then increase speed as needed using the rotary control. Use the pulse function for short bursts when folding or incorporating chunky ingredients. After use, switch the unit off and disconnect from the mains before removing the bowl and attachments. Clean the stainless steel bowl and removable attachments by handwashing or according to manufacturer instructions; avoid immersing the motor housing in water.

Recommendations

For best results when kneading, start on a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase gradually to medium speed. Do not overload the bowl beyond its 5.0 L capacity. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or changing attachments and keep the motor housing dry to avoid damage.
