The Fellowes Crystals Gel Wrist Rest is a gel-based wrist support designed to provide ergonomic comfort during keyboard and mouse use. It features a non-skid rubber backing to keep the pad stable on your desk and a smooth, easy-clean surface that can be wiped with a damp cloth. The product comes in blue and is covered by a 5-year warranty.

The gel conforms to your wrist to help relieve pressure and reduce fatigue while typing. The non-slip rubber base prevents the wrist rest from sliding during use, and the wipe-clean surface simplifies maintenance. Clean the surface with a damp cloth when needed and avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Recommendations

For best ergonomic effect, maintain a neutral wrist posture while typing: wrists should be straight rather than bent upwards or downwards, and forearms should be roughly parallel to the desk surface. Use the wrist rest as a support during pauses in typing rather than a constant bearing point while actively keying.
