PoE injektor Extralink 4-portový 4x 100 Mb/s RJ45, Fast Ethernet, 48 V, bez skrine

Extralink 4-port PoE injector delivers 48 V Power over Ethernet to four RJ45 Fast Ethernet ports (10/100 Mbps), allowing simultaneous transmission of data and power over existing Cat5/Cat5e cabling. The device is designed as a compact, rack-free power panel that injects DC power onto two spare wire pairs (pins 4,5 positive and pins 7,8 negative) while passing through LAN data on standard 10/100 Mbps lines. The unit is supplied without a protective external case, making it suitable for integration into custom enclosures or installation in confined spaces where only the power injection function is required.

Advantages

The Extralink PoE injector provides a simple way to add PoE power to non‑powered Ethernet runs without replacing switches. Its four independent PoE outputs let you power multiple devices from a single power source, reducing the need for separate power supplies at each device. Supporting 48 V PoE operation and Fast Ethernet data rates ensures compatibility with a wide range of IP cameras, wireless access points and other PoE equipment that require midspan injection. The open design without a case enables flexible mounting and easy access for cable routing in bespoke installations.

Suitable for

• Powering IP surveillance cameras that accept 48 V PoE and 10/100 Mbps links
• Supplying power to wireless access points or bridges in small networks
• Adding PoE capability to existing Ethernet cabling in offices, retail and light industrial environments
• Integrations where a compact, case-less power injector is needed inside custom housings or racks

Key specifications

• PoE output voltage: 48 V DC
• Number of PoE ports: 4 independent RJ45 powered outputs
• Data rates supported: 10/100 Mbps (Fast Ethernet)
• Power delivery method: DC injected over spare wire pairs (pins 4,5 and 7,8)
• Form factor: panel-style injector supplied without external protective case

How to use

Install the injector in your chosen location and connect the non-powered Ethernet ports to your network switch or router using standard Cat5/Cat5e cables. Connect the corresponding powered RJ45 outputs to the PoE devices using Ethernet cables. Ensure the main DC power source providing 48 V is correctly connected to the injector input according to the installer documentation, observing polarity for pairs used for positive and negative supply. Verify link LEDs and device power status after connection to confirm both data and power delivery.

Recommendations

Use shielded or unshielded Category 5e or better cabling for reliable performance; keep powered cable runs within standard Ethernet distance limits (up to 100 m between injector and powered device). Confirm device compatibility with 48 V midspan PoE injection and with 10/100 Mbps links. Because the unit is supplied without an external case, install it in a protected enclosure if environmental protection or strain relief is required.
